Blastworks is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own one or more live mobile/social casino games with our Victoria, BC studio. This is a hands-on, game-first role with real accountability for the roadmap, live performance, and delivery.

You’ll work onsite with a live-ops team of engineers, a game design, QA, and artists leading a small product group (Game Design, Data Analytics). This is not a process-heavy or remote PM role. If you want real ownership, live accountability, and the chance to shape games from inside the studio, we’d love to talk.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the product roadmap and priorities for live games
  • Drive features from concept → launch → live iteration
  • Make trade-offs across scope, quality, and impact

  • Use data and player behavior to guide decisions
  • Provide functional leadership to game designers and analysts

What you Bring:

  • 6+ years in product management for games or live consumer products
  • Experience shipping and operating live F2P or economy-driven games
  • Strong intuition for game loops, progression, and monetization
  • Comfortable making decisions in fast-moving, imperfect environments
  • Willingness to work onsite as part of a tight-knit studio team

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • Mobile gaming experience

What This Role Is Not:

  • Not a SaaS or internal-tools PM role
  • Not a project manager or Jira administrator

Compensation:

Salary Range: $80,000 – $120,000

Exact compensation will be based on skills and experience.

Benefits:

  • Flexible working hours, Monday – Friday
  • Extended Health, Dental, and Wellness package including EAP
  • Parking or public transit subsidy
  • A fun and inclusive team culture

At Blastworks, we are committed to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace where all individuals feel a genuine sense of belonging and trust. We believe that diverse perspectives drive innovation and strengthen our community. If you thrive in a fast-moving industry and love building experiences that players love, we’d love to hear from you.

This is an in-person position based in our Victoria, BC studio which is located at 1207 Douglas St, Unit 601, Victoria, BC, V8W2E7, Canada.
