We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who builds and ships games—onsite, with the team.
This is a hands-on, game-first product role for someone who thrives being embedded with designers, engineers, QA, and live-ops. You will own one or more live, revenue-generating mobile/social casino games, with direct accountability for what ships, how it performs, and how it evolves in production.
We believe great game product work happens in the room—whiteboarding loops, reviewing builds, reacting to live data, and making fast calls together. This role is onsite by design, not by exception.
You will lead a small product pod (Game Design, Data Analytics, and potentially a third role), while remaining a senior individual contributor with real ownership.
If your background is primarily SaaS, remote-only product orgs, or process-heavy environments, this role is unlikely to be a fit.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
Own the Game
- Act as the single owner of your game or major product area
- Define and evolve core loops, progression systems, economies, and monetization mechanics
- Decide what gets built next—and what doesn’t
- Balance player experience, revenue impact, and delivery reality
Ship, Measure, Improve (Onsite, Live)
- Own features from concept → spec → launch → live tuning
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, QA, art, and design
- Review live metrics regularly and adjust quickly
- Kill ideas that don’t work; double down on what does
Live Ops & Events
- Drive live-ops cadence: events, features, experiments, and content
- Partner with design and analytics to spot opportunities in live data
- Ensure launches are instrumented, measurable, and actionable
- Be accountable for post-launch performance, not just delivery
Lead a Small Game Pod
- Provide functional leadership to:
- Game Designers (clarity of intent, scope, and priorities)
- Data Analysts (what questions matter, what to test, what to monitor)
- Potentially a third role as the pod grows
- Set clear goals and expectations
- Stay hands-on; leadership exists to enable shipping, not absorb time
What This Role Is Not (Explicit Filter)
- Not a remote or hybrid-optional role
- Not a Scrum-only or ceremony-driven PM role
- Not a backlog administrator or Jira traffic cop
- Not a stakeholder-theater or presentation-heavy role
- Not a pure people-management position
- Not a SaaS or internal-tools product role
What We’re Looking For
Required (Game-Relevant)
- 6+ years in Product Management for games or live consumer products
- Direct ownership of shipped games or major live features
- Experience working daily with game designers and engineers
- Strong intuition for player behavior, progression, and retention
- Comfort making decisions with imperfect data in live environments
- Willingness to work onsite as part of a tight-knit studio team
Strongly Preferred
- Experience with social casino, F2P, or economy-driven games
- Deep familiarity with:
- Live events and content cadence
- Game economies and balancing
- Retention, engagement, and monetization loops
- Experience running or interpreting A/B tests in live games
- Hands-on use of game analytics (not just dashboards)
What Success Looks Like
- The game ships frequently and predictably
- Live features and events move real metrics
- The roadmap is focused, realistic, and outcome-driven
- Designers and analysts are aligned and effective
- You are trusted as the owner of the game, not a facilitator
Why This Role Exists
We’re at a point where strong, onsite product ownership matters more than process.
This role exists to ensure that:
- The right work gets prioritized
- It gets shipped
- It performs in live ops
- And it gets better over time
If you want real ownership, real accountability, and the chance to shape live games from inside the studio—not from a distance—this role is for you.
